Shipping

All orders are processed, handmade, and shipped via UPS from our studio in Bay Head, NJ. Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 7-10 days. Any orders that are backordered or special order will be shipped as soon as they are made. Each shipment will be insured and require signature unless otherwise specified. If the signature is waived the customer will assume all responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, insurance cost, and the address provided. For larger packages the shipping charge may need to be altered, and we will contact you at the time of shipping for any additional charges.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours in order to be eligible for a refund.

 

Returns

We do not offer refunds on items with the exception of goods broken on arrival. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at alexandra@sourceandtradition.com, and we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
